WWII US Navy or Marine Corps naval aviation pilots M-450-1 summer flying helmet and AN-6530 flying goggles set. M-450 helmet is made by HLB Corps. Size 7 1/8. Complete with chin cup, leather cups for earphones and TH-37 earphones made by TELEPHONICS. Rigger modified with snaps and hook for fasteing an oxygen mask. Goggles are the AN-6530 type with green tinted mineral lenses and made by CHAS FISCHER SPRING CO. Displayed on a 58 cm head size. The display bust is included. Iconic piece of WWII naval aviation fighter pilots gear.
