Rare Z-3 WWII US NAVY pilot anti-G garment aka speed jeans. Size SMALL/LONG. OD#3 basket weave nylon, side air hose. 1945 Navy contract, made by DAVID CLARK. Complete with all zippers in working condition. This is the 2nd pattern anti-G garment introduced from March 1945 by Army Air Force fighter pilots flying on Mustangs P-51 or P-47 Thunderbolts. Special device for closing the supply pipe allowing the pants to be transformed into a buoy. This is the first model of anti-G pants adopted from 1945 by Navy fighter squadron pilots flying Ryan's FR-1 Fireballs, F6F-5 Hellcats or F4U-4 Corsairs.
