1970 USN USAF Pilot AN/PRC-90 Survival Radio

Vietnam era US Navy, Marine Corps or Air Force pilot camouflaged AN/PRC-90 survival radio. Dated 1970, made by SYLVANIA ELECTRIC PRODUCTS INC. . Complete with flexible 1/4 waves antenna. Essential to complete a US Navy SV-2 A/B or Air Force SRU-21 survival vest. Introduced in the late 60's, these survival radios were developed to establish a communication between downed pilots and their rescue & recovery teams, they were still in use in the early 2000's.
