Rare US Air Force's 916th Air Refueling Squadron, 5th Bomb Wing of the Strategic Air Command pilot or crew ball cap. Made of red wool, 1950s/60s era. Stitched letters and numbers, very nice early Strategic Air Command patch sewn on the front. Very nice patina. 56/57 cm headsize.
