WWII US Army Air Force GCT (Greenwich Civil Time) AN-5740 type navigator watch, made by HAMILTON in perfect working condition. Circa 1942-43. Keeping time sharp. 22 jewels mechanical winding 4992B grade movement stamped "US GOVERNMENT" with setting/winding crown at 12 o'clock. 24 hours dial. Center sweep second hand. Complete with original spring dampened metal carrying case to prevent shocks from disturbing the instrument's accuracy and carboard outer box.
