Vietnam era USAF USN Pilot FRP-2 Nomex Flying Gloves
US Navy or Air Force pilot flying gloves type FRP-2 dated March 1972, made of fire retardant Nomex fabric with leather palm. Size 9. Mandatory for Air Force and Navy flyers from the end of the 60's, they will supersede the tradtional leather B3-A flying gloves. Scarce item to find with a Vietnam era matching manufacturing date, also issued to US Army helicopter pilots.
