US Army Air Force OD#3 cotton with alpaca lining B-15 flying jacket. Mouton collar. Made by MODA COAT COMPANY. Standardized on April 1944. Size 38. Original CONMAR zipper in excellent working condition. Superb condition original knited wristlets and waistband. Original AAF stamp on left shoulder. Some small stains visible on pictures. Presented on a 38/40 body. Iconic WWII flying jacket issued to fighter and bomber pilots but also aircrews. Only  produced until October/November 1944 and superseded by the B-15A model. The perfect item to complete a P-51 Mustang or P-47 Thunderbolt pilot display.
