1968 US Navy USMC Pilot Mk-3c Life Preserver

US Navy and Marine Corps pilot life preserver type Mk-3c, complete with inflatable bladder and fittings. early 60's 2nd pattern with orange bladders. Loops on the back to fasten the set to the MA-2 torso harness belt. Matching log book with entries from 1969 to 1974. Typical US Navy pilots equipment of the early years of Vietnam War, superseded by the LPA-1 "horse collar" from the early 70's. The flying suit and torso harness are not included but can be purchased separately.
