B-4 pattern life preserver vest aka "Mae-West", US Army Air Force issue. Dated MARCH 1943, made by GOODYEAR RUBBER CO. Complete with all its straps, trigger and emergency inflation devices. Early red medical rubber inflation tubes. Dye-Marker pouch. US Army Air Force contract with matching stamp. Early small type carabiner. Extra back strap added following the Technical Order. Very good and totally pliable condition.
