B-4 pattern AN-6519-1 life preserver vest aka "Mae-West", US Army Air Force or US Naval aviation issue. From February 1944, AN-6519 will be the new designation for the B-4 life preserver as part of an effort to expedite mass production of a vest that could be issued to the Army or Navy Air Force (A-N=Army-Navy). Dated  MARCH 1945, made by UNITED STATES RUBBER CO. This is the last model with concealed emergency rubber inflation tubes. Complete with all straps and both triggeed inflation devices. Some stains near the neck area.
