A-14 US Army Air Force regulation flying oxygen mask. Size MEDIUM. Dated 11/44. Made by OHIO CHEMICAL Co. Complete with storage box, instructions and accessories. New old stock, pliable with strong rubber fastening harness.  Standardized on July 1943 this mask was issued to Army Air Force, Navy and USMC pilots during WWII. Helmet and display bust aren't included.
