US Army Air Force Pilot A-10 Oxygen Mask WWII

Very rare Type A-10 oxygen mask. Size LARGE. Dated July 1942. Stamped "US ARMY AIR FORCES"; manufactured by Acushnet. The rubber is in perfect condition—supple and free of cracks. Nose clip missing. Includes the specific attachment system for this model, allowing it to be worn without a flying helmet. Crusher and goggles not included.
