WWII US Army Air Force Fighter Pilot Seat Parachute
Circa 1942 US Army Air Force fighter or bomber pilot seat parachute and harness assembly type AN-6510. 42G2012 harness dated December 1942. 42N2004-1 parachute pack (for 24 feet canopies) made by STANDARD dated September 1942. Type 42D2013 back pad. 47585-1 seat cushion. Canopy is still originally folded inside, complete with pilot chute and security seal. Totally original, all parts have been tacked with thread on the harness by the parachute riggers after having been adjusted to pilot's measures. Typical WWII fighter pilot or C-47, B-17 pilots and co-pilots flying gear. Outstanding condition.
