Rigger Modified MA-2 US Navy Jet Pilot Torso Harness

Very nice US Navy or US Marine Corps MA-2 pilot harness, manufactured by Pioneer in 1970, Vietnam War era. Rare LARGE LONG size. Complete with all original Koch shoulder buckles and waist buckles. Conmar zipper. V-shaped extraction ring with extra regulation carabiner dated 1970. The integrated jumpsuit has been modified by Parachute Riggers by cutting the lower part for comfort and the addition of a left shoulder mount for the SDU-5 signal light (rare early model with its original battery). These harnesses were worn on the F-8 Crusader, F-4 Phantom, A-4 Skyhawk, A-6 Intruder, RA5C Vigilante, and some versions of the A-1 Skyraider.
