Circa 1970-80 US Navy pilot survival dye-marker pouch, early type with yellow lettering. The "DYE MARKER" pouch is complete with both dye marker packets. These pouches are part of the LPA-1 and LPU-23 life preservers, fastened on the lower left and right rings.
