WWII US Army Air Force pilot emergency sustenance kit type E-7. Complete with both drinking water tin cans dated 1944 and 1945. This is the second pattern of this kit introduced in 1943. The zippered pouch has straps to for attachment on the prachute harness or thighs of the US Army Air Force pilots and aircrews. The E-6 versions carries 2 K-rations.
