Circa 1940-45 US Army Air Forces Eastern Flying Training Command (Maxwell Field, Alabama) leather flying jacket pocket patch. Diameter 120 mm. Adorned with unit's colors, emblem and motto "PREPARE FOR COMBAT". Stitching traces on the border, probably removed from a veteran's A-2 leather jacket.
