Early 1990's complete US Air Force Strategic Air Command pilot helmet and mask belonging to the last Wing Commander of a flying F-111 unit, the 380th Bomb Wing and matching the period when these aircrafts were still operational. HGU-55/P flight helmet with single tinted visor assembly. Size LARGE. Leather visor cover has been custmized with the subdued version of the famous Strategic Air Command armoured arm emblem patch. Helmet is complete with avionics. TPL liner. MBU-5/P oxygen mask made by SCOTT, REGULAR NARROW dated 1991 with wiring for the microphone and headset. Both helmet and mask belonged to the same pilot and have been found as is. Nice and rare matching set. Display included.
