Luftwaffe pilot breast eagle badge, made of aluminum. Second pattern (1938). Length: 83 mm. Originally intended to be worn on the white summer dress uniform (sommeruniform), some pilots used to wear these badges in a non regulation manner on their privately purchased leather flying jacket as seen on many period pics. A certificate of Authenticity is available on request for this item.
