US Army Air Force leather flying helmet for bomber pilots and aircrews type B-6. Rare "LARGE" size. Sheepskin leather. Hooks for attaching the A-9 type oxygen mask. Army Air Corps decal. Leather in perfect solid condition with no tears or repairs. B-6 flying helmets were frequently used in the configuration pictured with HS-23 or HS-33 earphones during the early years of WWII (1942-43). Goggles, earphones, mask and display are not included.
