WWII US Army Paratrooper Parachute Reserve

Very rare T-5 parachute reserve, complete with canopy. The pack is a US Army Air Force type AN-42H14623-1 Quick Attachable Chest (QAC) modified by the "Parachute Riggers" into a T-5 paratrooper reserve as evidenced by the reinforcement straps and the back and the matching log book. The pack is complete with original ripcord, hooks, bungees and canopy. Made by NATIONAL AUTOMOTIVE FIBRES, dated 1942. Issued and modified at the Warner Robins Air Service Command base in 1943.
