USMC Pilot HGU-34/P Flight Helmet + Mask

Complete US Marine Corps fighter pilot helmet and oxygen mask set. The flight helmet is a HGU-34 pattern (PKR-37 shell + EEK-4/AP visor cover) size MEDIUM, circa mid 1980's, originally taped with reflective material. Tinted visor. Strobe light hook and pile pad on visor's cover. Outstanding original reflective material made personalization. The oxygen mask is a grey latex MBU-17/p with US Navy AM-7067/A amplifier and M-22442 connector. Made by SCOTT, dated 1986, size EXTRA-LONG. The pilot has modified the extension to be able to listen to his personal music through his helmet's audio system. Display is incuded. This kind of setup was used on AV-8B Harriers II with a chest mounted oxygen regulator. The colors used for the taping are matching those of the VMA-331 or VMA-223 squadrons.
